Dispensaries should be kept open
In the central prisons where there are more than 400 prisoners or detainees, dispensaries or hospitals have been set up and even in case of emergency, the doctors and compounders of Alo Palo Mi should keep the hospital or dispensary open 24 hours a day in order to save them from sudden diseases.
